Finalist in the NSW Telstra Small Business Awards

Sydney Ultrasound for Women (SUFW) are thrilled to report that they were a finalist in the prestigious NSW Telstra & New South Wales Government Small Business Awards for 2002.

"It was a real thrill to have made it this far in the competition," says SUFW Practice Administrator, Janette O'Connor. "There is a genuine need for the obstetric/gynaecologic ultrasound and prenatal diagnostic services we offer, something I am sure the many women we see each year would agree with.

The Telstra and Australian Governments' Small Business Awards were introduced in 1992 to recognise the achievements and enterprising spirit of small businesses across Australia. Entrants to the awards are judged on a number of factors including business plans, financial planning, success in lifting organisational performance, staff development, customer service quality and the development of new markets.
